There’s a Rose

There’s a rose on a wall,
It’s day has come and passed
There’s a rose on a wall,
reminding us of the past,
of possibilities
gone like a shooting star
or yet to come to pass.
There’s a rose on a wall,
love and hate can’t find it,
time shall never bind it.
There’s a rose on a wall,
reminding
remembering
hoping
forever

blogging and depression

Are the two linked?
Is this trend of “I’m depressed, let me spew out my emotions in blog form” influencing others with milder forms of depression.
Does a person with a milder form of depression act out more severe symptoms or force themselves to be more dire only doing so because they think they should? Do they hear “I am depressed” and think it automatically applies to them? That if they act that way they will get the attention they are giving that person?
It’s an interesting quandry…
